How do I apply?

Fill out the form on our Pro Program page and attach proof of your role. Your proof must show your name and that your membership or employment is current.

I was approved. How do I use my discount?

Log in at account.rockytalkie.com with the same email you applied with. Pro pricing applies in your cart and at checkout once you're logged in. There's no code to enter.

I didn't get my welcome email.

Check your spam or promotions folder, then try logging in with the email you applied with. Your account may already be active. Still stuck? Email [email protected].

I'm in Europe. Can I join?

Yes. Pros in our European shipping countries can buy the Mountain Radio EU with their Pro discount. Contact us and we'll help you get set up.

I was a Pro under the old single-use code system.

Our program now uses a login instead of codes. Reapply on the Pro Program page to get access.
